Welcome. I am Kelly Wiepking (She/Her/Hers) an individual therapist who wants to help you improve your emotional well-being and overall health.

Therapy can feel vulnerable, but taking the step to look for expert help is an investment in your well-being in the present and in your future. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you have seen a therapist before, having a therapist can help you access new perspectives of yourself, helping you grow and connect. As your therapist I will sit with you through all emotions. Together we will help you to understand your personal narrative, integrate new insights and increase your experience of embodiment. During therapy I want to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share your story. I am invested in helping you achieve your goals for therapy and increase your satisfaction with your life.

In my 15 years of experience as a clinician in behavioral health, I have acquired extensive experience treating a variety of mental health needs, both acutely and in long term therapy. My work has primarily focused on the diagnosis and management of trauma, mood and anxiety issues in all ages of adults, including treating mood disorders during the perinatal period. I have provided therapeutic services in hospitals, medical clinics, crisis centers, and community therapy clinics. Through my career I have been trained and practiced many modalities of therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Polyvagal Informed Therapy. I have a broad knowledge base to draw on so we can collaborate together to help make an individualized plan for your treatment.
