Initial 20 minute phone consultation…… Free

50 minutes therapy session…… $200

90 minute therapy session….. $360

120 minute therapy session… $500

* Sessions exceeding set time limit are billed for at the rate of the session

* Care Coordination and Case Management is billed based on time at standard session rate.

I accept credit cards and HSA cards as forms of payment

INSURANCE

I accept Kaiser Insurance.

For all other insurances I can provide a Super Bill that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement upon request. Reimbursement is based on your insurance plan.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

Please review the Good Faith Estimate Notice below which took effect on 1/1/2022 under the No Surprise Act. You will receive these estimates of cost which it entitles you to.
